• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. The receptionist showed us where to park the car, which was just a few metres from the hotel at the free public Lota Velha car park. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy, and we got the keys from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The hotel was in a good location with restaurants on the ground floor. The place was clean, luxurious, spacious, and welcoming with a lift to get to the upper floors. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There were no kitchen facilities as it was a hotel, but breakfast was included in the restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast was sumptuous with a delicious variety of bread rolls, cheese, fruits and pastries, and a choice of juice, tea, and coffee. We were more than happy with the breakfast and ate to our hearts content. The bathroom was clean, luxurious, and bright with good hot water shower and toiletries. • Bedroom: There was a spacious double bed and two single beds, with clean linen and pillows. • Amenities: There was free wifi and the apartment on the whole was luxurious. It was a large L-shaped room with a TV and a mini fridge under the desk. • Particulars: It was a seaside hotel, with sea gulls to greet us in the morning. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

It was a big room with clean facilities. The staff was really nice and breakfast was quite good. It has an elevator which is rare to find in Portugal Hotels. I would recommend this hotel! Location is great.

Location: near to gate for Berlengas, also the fort…the rest is need a car or cab (normal, as the town concentrate in one area Room: quiet spacious, clean with minimal furniture, also air conditioning is magic

Close to the harbor and all the interesting restaurants. The room was clean and quite nice, nothing to complain :) There’s a cute breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning which is lovely, has a view to the port.
